Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 13, 2026  ·  ThinkBI / CoreP2P Beta

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and deliver a consistent experience across sessions.

2. Cookies We Use

CoreP2P uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

Authentication Cookies (Required)

We use Clerk for authentication. Clerk sets session cookies necessary to keep you signed in. These cookies are essential to the operation of the service and cannot be disabled while you are logged in.

  • __session: Stores your authenticated session token. Expires when you sign out or the session expires.
  • __client_uat: Used by Clerk to sync authentication state across browser tabs.

Functional Cookies (Required)

We may set minimal functional cookies to maintain UI state such as onboarding progress or notification preferences. These expire at the end of your session or within 30 days.

Analytics (Not Currently Used)

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools that set cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.

3. How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to CoreP2P. The public landing page can be viewed without cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

Some third-party services we integrate with may set their own cookies when you interact with them (e.g., Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for billing). These are governed by those services' own cookie policies.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
