Frequently Asked Questions
CoreP2P Beta · ThinkBI
What is CoreP2P?
CoreP2P is an automated accounts-receivable platform. It sends invoice reminders via SMS and email on a schedule you define, tracks responses, and gives you customer payment insights — without manual follow-up.
Who is CoreP2P built for?
Small businesses, healthcare clinics, agencies, consultants, financial advisors, tutors, and any service-based business that sends invoices and wants to collect faster with less effort.
How does the reminder workflow work?
You upload invoices via CSV or create them manually. CoreP2P enrolls them in an automated reminder sequence and sends SMS and/or email messages on the schedule you configure, respecting quiet hours and opt-outs automatically.
What channels are supported?
SMS (via Twilio), email (via Resend), and voice calls (via Vapi with Bland.ai fallback). Each channel can be enabled or disabled per tenant.
How does quiet-hours compliance work?
CoreP2P detects each customer's timezone from their phone number and automatically holds reminders outside business hours (typically 8 AM – 9 PM local time). Reminders are queued and sent at the next valid window, not dropped.
Can customers opt out of reminders?
Yes. Customers can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately. Opt-outs are stored on the contact record and honored for all future sends. You can also manually mark a customer as opted out from their profile.
How are invoice reminders priced?
CoreP2P is subscription-based. Plans are Silver ($9.99/mo, 20 invoices), Gold ($49.99/mo, 100 invoices), and Platinum ($99.99/mo, 300 invoices). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Do I need to provide my own Twilio or Resend account?
Yes. During the beta period, you bring your own Twilio and Resend credentials. Your API keys are stored encrypted and never logged. Vapi/Bland.ai voice is a platform-level integration managed by ThinkBI.
Is CoreP2P HIPAA-compliant?
CoreP2P is not currently certified as HIPAA-compliant. Healthcare users in the beta program should evaluate compliance requirements carefully. HIPAA compliance is on our roadmap for GA.
What happens when I reach my invoice cap?
New invoice intake is blocked until you upgrade your plan or remove invoices. You will receive a warning notification when you approach 80% of your cap. Existing enrolled invoices continue to receive reminders.
Can I run a dry-run before going live?
Yes. The onboarding wizard includes a dry-run mode that simulates the full reminder sweep for your uploaded invoices without sending any real messages. Results are stored and viewable in your dashboard.
How do I get support?
Email info@thinkbi.io. During the beta period, we respond within one business day. For urgent issues, include your organization name and a description of the issue.
