Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CoreP2P, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using CoreP2P on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

CoreP2P is a software-as-a-service platform that automates accounts-receivable follow-up, including SMS and email invoice reminders, customer insights, and payment tracking. The service is operated by ThinkBI and provided on a subscription basis.

During the beta period, the service is provided without warranty and may be subject to downtime, data loss, or feature changes without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the beta, modify features, or change pricing at any time. Beta participants acknowledge these conditions by accepting access.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use CoreP2P to:

• Send communications that violate applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or CAN-SPAM Act.
• Contact individuals who have opted out of communications.
• Transmit spam, harassment, or fraudulent communications.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
• Use the service in any way that could harm or overburden our infrastructure.
• Use the service to process data for which you do not have proper authorization.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are as listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law. Free trial periods, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

You retain all rights to your data. By using CoreP2P, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your invoice data, customer records, or business information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

CoreP2P and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by ThinkBI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights to the service.

CoreP2P integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), and Clerk (authentication). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' terms. ThinkBI is not responsible for third-party service failures or policy changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THINKBI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINKBI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THINKBI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
